Shortcut keys have no repeat delay

Reported by: syockit Owned by: somebody

Description

Guake 0.3.1 on Fedora 10, Gnome 2.24.2

Guake churns out too many terminals at once with the shortcut key, unless f I press ctrl-shift-t very quickly. The same goes with ctrl-shift-w, it often destroys all terminals. At first I thought it had something to do with keyboard settings, but when I tried typing in Guake's console, the delay setting is honored. Only shortcut keys don't follow.

I've fixed it some commits ago. The problem was being caused by adding callbacks of the same shortcut too many times.
