add switch for fullscreen

It would be nice if there was a switch to start guake in fullscreen mode:

guake -f, --fullsreen
		Starts Guake in fullscreen mode

Can't you just fix the size of the window to 100% in the preference or using the mouse ?

The difference between fullscreen and a window size of 100% is

1. fullscreen overlaps all panels
2. tabs aren't shown in fullscreen mode

So you have 50+ vertical pixels more, which is important for small screen, e.g. on netbooks.
