Feature request: open tabs on doubleclick over the tabbar

Description

After using firefox and konsole for so long, i got very much used to the option of opening new tabs with a doubleclick over the tab bar. This should be very easy to implement, and is in my opinion a standard which all tab-enabled applications should conform to.
