Can't use "alt" key in hotkeys

Description

I'm trying to change "Toggle terminal visibility" to "Ctrl+Alt+t", but preferences dialog grabs only "Ctrl+t". In all other programs same functionality works fine.

Ubuntu 8.10 with Compiz enabled.
